Website privacy notice
This notice explains what information this website collects and how it’s used. It applies to the website only; your rights regarding protected health information are described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available on request.
Information you send us
When you use a form on this site to request care, apply for a job, give feedback or pay a bill, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. We use it only to respond to you and provide the service you asked for.
Please don’t send medical information through website forms. Our forms are designed for contact details only. We collect clinical information by phone or fax.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure checkout page; AIMS never receives or stores your full card number. Stripe’s handling of payment data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information. We store your light/dark display preference in your browser. If we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics, they do not identify you personally, and they only run if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no”.
To keep spam out of our inbox, our forms use hCaptcha, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is submitting. hCaptcha receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this check; it does not see what you type into the form. Its handling of that information is described in the hCaptcha Privacy Policy.
How we protect information
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely to our own servers, delivered to our staff, and are not shared with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site (for example, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
Your choices

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
